Project Overview :

As IT Project Manager from vendor PT Alpabit Digital Inovasi, I led the implementation of Raih.id, a digital platform for OCBC customers to redeem loyalty points for a wide range of rewards. From project kickoff in 2019 through go-live, I managed the end-to-end delivery using Agile methodology with the Scrum framework. Since the initial launch, I have continued to oversee feature development and enhancements up to the present, ensuring the platform remains stable, scalable, and aligned with evolving business and customer needs.

Key Contributions :

  • Led project initiation, planning, execution, and go-live of Raih.id.
  • Applied Agile methodology with the Scrum framework for iterative development.
  • Coordinated cross-functional teams including developers, QA, UI/UX, and product owners.
