Project Overview :

MNC Vision & Play Selfcare is a mobile application enabling customers to easily access a full range of Pay TV services. The app includes features such as bill payments, package checking, service activation, and customer support. The project aimed to enhance customer experience through digitalization of services while ensuring a secure, stable, and user-friendly platform.

Key Contributions :

  • Managed the full project lifecycle from planning, design, development, to go-live.
  • Defined project roadmap, timeline, milestones, and deliverables for each phase.
  • Coordinated cross-functional teams including developers, QA, UI/UX, and customer support teams.
  • Managed stakeholder communication to ensure alignment with business requirements and regulations.
  • Oversaw system integration, testing, and deployment of the Selfcare application.
  • Monitored risks, changes, and deliverable quality to ensure project objectives were met.
