Project Overview :

As a PMO Lead at PT Alpabit Digital Inovasi, I led the project from its initial implementation in 2022 using the Waterfall methodology with a phased delivery approach. Since the successful go-live, I have continued to oversee ongoing feature development and enhancements, ensuring that Maybank’s M2U digital loyalty program remains scalable, relevant, and effective in driving customer engagement and retention.

Key Contributions :

  • Directed the PMO team from project kickoff to initial launch in 2022 under the Waterfall framework.
  • Designed and managed a long-term roadmap with phased feature releases and enhancements.
  • Managed stakeholder alignment with Maybank executives to prioritize business and technical objectives.
  • Oversaw end-to-end processes including documentation, risk management, QA, integration, testing, and rollout of new features.
