Project Overview :

HarioApps is an online insurance application platform collaborating with multiple insurance companies, including MNC Insurance. The app offers a variety of insurance products, including health, vehicle, home, critical illness, and life insurance, enabling users to purchase and manage policies easily via Play Store and App Store. The project was executed using the Waterfall methodology, with each phase—planning, design, development, integration, testing, and go-live—carried out sequentially under strict governance.

Key Contributions :

  • Managed the full project lifecycle from planning to go-live using Waterfall methodology.
  • Defined project roadmap, timeline, milestones, and deliverables for each phase.
